While you're waiting to get your purchase of index number request and having your office staff conform the copies to send to your process server AETNA would already be serving your documents. In line with our excellent reputation in the process-serving field, we now offer our services in the court clerical field. There is no longer any reason why you have to make several requests and routing decisions. We offer you a full service agency that can fulfill all your court and processing needs. Your office staff can call one phone number and request any number of services we provide.
When you commence an action, lets say in Supreme Court, you send an original and copy with required applications and fee to your clerical service to purchase an index number. Your stamped copy and index number receipt are returned to you a few days later. Hopefully, your office sent the proper documentation (i.e. application filled out correctly, documents signed correctly etc.) If you didn't, you would have to send them back again before you can start conforming the remaining copies to send to your process server. After your process server completes service and sends you the affidavit, you then process the affidavit to your clerical service for filing and get back a stamped copy a few days later.
We offer you a better alternative. In addition to sending the required documents and applications, send us the required amount of copies and we will purchase your index number, conform all copies, return to your office the original receipt and a conformed copy stamped in by the court. We will then serve your papers, file the affidavit and send you a copy stamped by the court. All the tracking is done by us. Tracking is what sets us apart. We are 100% computerized and are able to provide your staff with immediate status updates. Each of your requests are tracked by file numbers we provide to you or even by name and/or your office file number. Our monthly billing statement gives you a precise breakdown of our charges for each request and is easy to understand.
How many times have you received documents back from your clerical and process serving companies with a short statement telling you what you did wrong? How many times has the reason for the return been something that could have been resolved by a simple phone call? AETNA does not do this. A representative of AETNA will call your staff and advise them of the problem and try to rectify it over the phone. We will suggest that a corrected copy be faxed to us or just fix it ourselves. If you have not provided us with the proper forms, we will correct it for you and even fill out a blank application if one is not provided us. We make every effort to provide you with personal attention for your requests.
to the extent that we have exhausted all actions necessary to complete your request.
